1. Platform Scope & Agreement
By accessing or registering with SponsorGroup, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. SponsorGroup functions as a two-sided marketplace connecting verified Facebook Group Admins ("Publishers") with Master Merchants ("Sponsors").
2. Group Admin Verification & Responsibilities
Group Admins must verify ownership of listed Facebook communities via our description token scanner system. Admins are solely responsible for ensuring sponsored posts adhere to Facebook Community Standards and group rules.
3. Fulfillment Proof & Payout Settlement
Group Admins must provide a valid live Facebook post URL ("Fulfillment Proof") upon publishing a campaign. Merchants verify the post proof before initiating PayPal payout settlements. Payouts are final once marked as settled.
4. Content Guidelines & Prohibited Products
Campaign copy and products submitted by merchants must not contain illegal, misleading, or deceptive materials. Group Admins reserve the right to decline any offer that breaches their community guidelines.
